Client Account Executive
South Manchester
Salary £26K – £28K
Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are market leaders in their field. Currently looking for a Client Account Executive to join their existing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be Customer focused, proactive and a superb team player.
As a Client Account Executive your duties will include:
- Identifying opportunities to cross sell additional products or services to existing clients
- Take all sales/technical enquiries and develop into leads, growing sales and marketing funnel.
- Increase sales opportunities for the External Sales teams
- Increase revenue on existing internal quotes
- Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
- Proactively contacting existing and new contacts
- Taking leads from Customer Service and Marketing and measure outcomes
- Follow up on all orders that have not converted to invoice and analyse lost revenue opportunity.
As a Client Account Executive you will have the following key skills:
