Property Administrator

Our client is well established Property Company and is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to Support the team with day to day Lettings and tenancy Administration.  This is a great opportunity to join a well established company and be part of this lovely friendly team.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Administrator job include;

  • Manage the day-to-day residential lettings work including management of tenant relations, and liaise with the Maintenance Manager for Health & Safety
  • Preparation of Commercial lease template
  • Manage and update property management software and maintain contacts database
  • Provide support to the Accounts team and Finance Director with the day to day management of the purchase ledger, processing invoices for payments
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Monitor and update meter readings
  • Upkeep and compliance and residential estate maintenance
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Companies rates obligations
  • Provide tenants with necessary correspondence and documentation following completion of new tenancy and tenancy renewal
  • Deal with paperwork relating to annual property inspections
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets and systems to ensure all information held is up to date
  • Provide admin and secretarial support to group including typing reports and letters photocopying, postal duties, stationary ordering, filing and scanning
  • Act as main point of contact for clients, contractors and tenants

Key Skills required for the Property Administrator job include;

  • You will need to be competent with MS Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to prioritise busy workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team is a must!
