My client are an international business based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Senior Energy Administrator to join their busy and expanding team.

 

The role is initially a 12 Month FTC with the possibility to go permanent. The ideal candidate must have some previous experience of working in the Energy industry.

 

As a Senior Energy Administrator your duties will include:

  • Registering and managing customers in a timely manner
  • Ensuring relevant agents are appointed
  • Liaising effectively with third party agents
  • Managing the team mailbox
  • Assist with resolution of complex queries

 

As a Senior Energy Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working in the energy industry is essential
  • Previous experience managing or coaching a team is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
