Situated in Leeds City Centre, my client are a leading Financial Services business who are looking for a Finance Administrator to manage their customers’ assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, good attention to detail and ideally will have previous experience working within Financial Services.

As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:
• Manage and process customer cash distributions
• Handling client assets
• Posting monies into clients’ accounts within a 24 hour timeframe
• Assisting with account reconciliations
• Assisting in the production of client reports through Excel
• Process multicurrency payments
• Ensure all client records are kept up to data and as accurate as possible.

As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:
• Previous experience in financial services/banking is essential
• Proficient on Microsoft Excel
• 5 GCSE with a grade C at least in Maths and English
• Excellent attention to detail

Salary is £16,000 – £23,000 depending on experience
