Our client requires an experienced and professional PA to join their busy team. The role will require somebody who can be proactive, rather than just reactive, and have previous experience in a similar role. The role will involve:

  • Complex diary management – managing appointments and setting up meetings
  • Managing all aspects of the fee earners billing – collating bills, WIP and expenses
  • Copy typing legal documentation to a high requirement – any other documentation to be sent to the DPU team and followed up with them accordingly.
  • Assist and create all court bundles ready for trial.
  • Opening and closing files
  • Organising conference calls for the fee earner in question
  • Organise all hotel and transport as required
  • Undertake all email management for the fee earner and respond accordingly
  • Support the other departments if required.
  • Any additional ad hoc tasks as required.

This role is a fixed term contract of 12 months to start end of May beginning of June (or sooner if possible)

Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week.

This client is looking for legal experience from either of the following areas –

  • Real Estate
  • Commercial Litigation
  • IP/Patent or Trademark

Travel to other offices at the beginning of the contract may be required (all expenses paid for) however it will be Manchester based long term. Please speak to the recruiter for more detail.
