How did you hear about Gibson Hollyhomes?
I was recommended Gibson Hollyhomes by a good friend of mine who had found work through them multiple times. Like myself she was working out of the UK but always had the security of Gibson Hollyhomes to find work on returning home.
How accurately did they find roles that fitted your experience, aspirations and motivations?
The roles I was offered suited my needs perfectly, each of the positions they put me forward for I felt I was capable to undertake. While the roles suited my experience there was also a challenging aspect to it however training was provided sufficiently in the work place for this.
Ahead of attending an interview how prepared and supported did you feel throughout the process?
Gibson Hollyhomes kept in regular contact with me checking in repeatedly to see how things went. I was sent a detailed brief for each assignment before attending and they were always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had.
Can you highlight any other key points of working with the team – timescales, response times, quality of roles, CV/Interview/Salary Guidance?
Communication between the office and myself has always been perfect, they have always been available to help and nothing has ever been too much trouble. In the interview signing up with Gibson Hollyhomes I was keen to take on any role/salary however Fiona guided me and ensured I didn’t sell myself short. It feels like there is a mutual appreciation between the team and temporary staff like myself.
Has your perception of recruiters changed since you’ve worked with the team?
My perception of recruiters has definitely changed since working with the team, previously I had used multiple hospitality agencies only to find there was no communication or support, pay was often late and incorrect, whereas this has never been the case with Gibson Hollyhomes. I have already recommended them to two friends since working for them as I believe they are a wonderful company to work for and represent.
