My client are an International Firm who are specialists in their field looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known business whose clients are global, household names.


The ideal candidate must have previous Administration experience and ideally be familiar working with numerical data.


As a Finance Administrator your duties will include:

  • Produce accurate invoices for clients
  • Assist with preparation of reports
  • Assist in finding solutions to billing requirements
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox
  • Provide general assistance to the Billing and Finance team


As a Finance Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • Previous experience working within a Finance environment is ideal
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
