Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to support the team providing a professional and friendly welcome to staff and clients.  We are looking for someone bright, pro-active and on the ball for this vibrant energetic business.

Key Responsibilities of the Front of House Receptionist job:

  • Meet and greet all visitors provide a professional warm welcome
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Answer calls and dealing with queries and enquiries
  • Recording data accurately onto in-house system
  • Taking receipt of deliveries
  • Managing a busy inbox and respond to enquiries
  • Replenish and maintain Coffee machine and keeping the area clean and tidy
  • Any other duties as requested within capability

Key Skills for the Front of House Receptionist job; 

  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Professional and friendly approach
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

We are ideally looking for someone with previous Reception or Front of House experience, you will be smart and well presented with an excellent telephone manner and a professional approach.
