Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support their planning and administration team. You will provide leadership and guidance to a small team
As a Team Manager your duties will include;
- Ensure consistent and organized administrative practices across all activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and training
- Promote cross-training to strengthen team flexibility and business continuity.
- Ensure all targets are consistently achieved, including: SLA’s
- Maintain strong compliance with internal processes, system housekeeping, and control frameworks.
- Analyse KPI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
- Take a hands-on approach to resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination, actively supporting the teams during high-demand periods.
- Work closely with other managers to ensure seamless collaboration between departments
- Engage regularly with other managers to align on objectives, processes, and compliance requirements.
As a Team Manager you will have the following key skills:

- Ability to influence, guide and drive team performance.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation.
- Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding results.
