A unique job has arisen for an Office Assistant to join a professional Manchester City Centre based law firm.  Working closing with the Practice Manager, you will be providing administrative support to the Secretaries, Fee Earners and support staff.


Key duties and responsibilities for the Office Administrator job include:


  • Front of house duties – reception, calls, meeting & greeting
  • Postal duties – checking, distributing and scanning
  • Arranging couriers
  • Hand deliveries to chambers and courts
  • Archiving of legal files
  • Ordering stationery
  • Printing, photocopying, binding, laminating
  • Daily banking


Key skills required for the Office Administrator job include:


  • Previous administration or customer service experience would be an advantage
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grades C and above
  • Good work ethic, a team player who can also work autonomously
