12 month fixed term contract

 

An exciting new job has arisen to join a leading company based in their Irlam office.  You will be joining an established and friendly team, supporting with the UK and European client base.  Whilst initially you will be employed on a 12 months fixed term contract, there is potential for the role to become permanent.

 

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator job:

 

  • Processing all customer orders
  • Liaising with customers on phone and email
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Updating database
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Processing export documentation
  • Providing administration duties to the team

 

Skills required for the Customer Service Administrator job:

 

  • Previous customer service and administration experience gained within an office
  • Fluent in a second European language would be a benefit but not essential
  • Able to work in a fast paced office team
  • Excellent relationship building skills
