Would need to travel to Manchester once a week

My client is a specialist Legal 500 law firm who are keen to add an experienced Paralegal to their Court of Protection team.  The firm is based in Manchester City Centre but can accommodate remote working.  However, the successful candidate will be required to travel to the Manchester office once a week.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the senior lawyer
• Attending client meetings
• Taking notes for file recording
• Drafting and researching
• Attending court
• Liaising with solicitor and counsels

 

Key skills:

• Paralegal experience with minimum of 12 months working within court of protection is essential
• LLB or equivalent is essential, LPC/LLM desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional approach
