Temporary Purchase Ledger
£9.50 – £10.50ph
I am currently working with a well-established property-based company in the centre of Manchester, who are looking for a temporary purchase ledger to help clear a backlog.
- Ensure Supplier invoices are dealt with in a timely manner
- Arrange Payment runs
- Process expenses
- Manage supplier relationships
- Work in conjunction with other inhouse departments
- Maintain the company PO system
- Competent with Excel and knowledge of Qube is desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role before be able to slot into a busy work environment and be confident and willing to work. Experience in property management would also be desirable but again not essential.
