£12.00 per hour Immediate start 

Our client is city centre law firm and is currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a busy team.  Duties will include;

  • Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding lawyers of meetings etc…
  • Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, refreshments, checking rooms prior to meetings and liaising with other attendees, both internal and external;
  • Organising travel arrangements, booking and confirmation of reservations and dealing with related invoices;
  • Provide support to other fee earners within the team including;
  • Typing of urgent correspondence;
  • Update and maintain case management system
  • Drafting general and basic correspondence as required
  • Opening and closing of general files, general filing, record keeping and archiving of files;
  • Photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes as required

This is working as part of a busy fast paced team you will have to be confident in all aspects of secretarial duties with good organisational skills.  Experience within EL / PL or PI would be preferred.   The role is to start as soon as possible on a long term temp basis
