Temporary Billings/Finance Administrator
£8.92 per hour
My client are a national company seeking x4 new employees in their finance team to work as a billings/finance assistant on a temporary basis.
Essentials of the role:
- Strong team working skills
- Ensuring prompt raising of costs to be sent to clients in accordance with service level agreements
- Dealing with receipts and credit notes
- Updating information on the database
- balancing bills and performing their activity according to the office’s specific policies
- Calculating VAT to ensure the firm remains compliant
- Provide Support to revenue controllers.
The role will also include many other ad-hoc duties within the finance team. It is a busy team and the perfect candidate will be able to cope with a high volume workload and be confident in using excel.
