I am currently recruiting for one of my clients within the Insurance sector to recruit for a temporary administrator to join their busy claims team. This is for an on-going basis and your main duties will be supporting the claims team through updating customer contact details and case management via email correspondence.
- Discussing policies and upselling ad on products.
- Updating customer contacts details
- Liaising with staff and customers via email
- Providing internal support to claims team

- Answering any client or dealership queries
