My client are an international Law Firm based in Leeds City Centre that are looking for a Receptionist to join their front of house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a forward-thinking firm with strong company values.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist or come from a Hospitality, Events or Facilities background.

 

The working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

 

As a Receptionist your duties will include:

  • Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard throughout the day
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients
  • Answer all incoming calls and directing them to the necessary contacts
  • Handle all incoming post and deliveries
  • Dealing with the meeting room requests and managing the diary
  • Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and lunches

 

As a Receptionist your will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
  • Previous experience working within hospitality or guest services is essential
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office

 

Working Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
