Short term temp
My client is a leading childcare provider in Manchester and they are seeking an experienced and immediately available Payroll Manager for a short term temporary position until January. The role will involve overseeing the payroll function for approx. 50 employees with all the administration that goes along with it.
- Responsible for Payroll across all of UK
- Working with HR team to implement company payroll and expense policies
- Reconciling PAYE accounts and making payments to HMRC
- Year End Payroll Processing including P60’s and P11D’s
- Monthly Pension Reconciliations and Reporting for Group and Auto Enrolment schemes
- Assisting the payroll team in processing expenses and credit card statements
- Dealing with all queries regarding with expenses
- Ensuring all expense claims and credit cards are returned to the team and processed
- Assisting the Senior Management team within Finance in driving improvements to processes and controls, including the introduction of new systems / processes.
