Our client is one of the global leaders in consumer goods. They are in South Manchester, better reached by a driver. This role is available on a permanent basis, but due to the expansion and a busy period is starting immediately for the right Temp. The duties are as follows.
To effectively process all daily reports and exception reports, then liaise with Line Manager concerning appropriate procedures to be implemented.
To ensure all purchase orders are processed, validated and issued in an accurate and expedient manner.
To prioritise workload whilst handling multiple tasks.
To be responsible for monthly stock reconciliations by ensuring that weekly paperwork transactions are processed correctly.
To ensure that all supplier/product details held within the main operating system and any associated spreadsheets are accurately and timely maintained.
To be responsible for monthly purchasing plans set up and related excel reports pack.
