Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are seeking an Administrator to support their busy Planning team. You must be flexible, proactive and willing to learn.
As an Administrator your duties will include:
- Identify follow up visits and coordinate with field engineering team to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Raise Quotations for service work off the back off engineers’ visits.
- Identify and address customer service and complaint issues, escalating as necessary.
- Review fault codes and work with field engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Monitor all no access visits and coordinate with field engineering team to find solutions.
- Generate and analyse engineer utilisation report, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Review unassigned reactive calls and coordinate with field engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Review cases with no jobs raised and coordinate with field engineering team to ensure all necessary actions are taken.
- Update Key customers with regular work in progress reports and participate in update meetings.
- Assisting with filing, general office duties and telephone calls etc., to support the wider team.
As an Administrator you will have the following key skills:
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
