Varied role – PT/FT hours
Our client are a leading care organisation within the local community of Chorlton. They are seeking an experienced administrator/secretary who has good all round skills and is prepared to get involved in all aspects of the running of the office. The client requires someone who can start immediately….ideally 4th/5th October on a temporary basis, however they are also seeking someone permanently. This role would be ideal for someone looking either for a few weeks temporary work or looking to go temp to perm if the role is suitable.
You will deal with incoming calls, queries from utility companies, conduct investigation work into various properties and costs, manage a number of spreadsheets, type up reports, and assist in webs research to identify and attract new clients. The office is small so the role requires someone who is capable of working on their own and has the ability to make decisions and use their initiative.
There is also free parking. Initially the role will require the candidate to work between 10am and 3pm for a few weeks with a view to increasing to 9am to 5pm.
