My client are a thriving business who are recruiting for a new Sales Administrator to join their close knit team in LS11 on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As an Administrator your duties will include:

  • Ensure orders are inputted correctly and efficiently
  • Processing sales orders
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative duties
  • Dealing with inbound customer enquiries regards products and their accounts
  • Making sure correct customer details are on the system
  • Dealing with incoming customer e-mails in a timely manner
  • Respond to any general enquiries efficiently

As an Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally a manufacturing background or within electrical services
  • Ideally previous experience with order processing
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
