My client are based in LS11 and are looking for an administrator to cover during a busy period they are going through. You will be based within their Finance department reporting the finance manager.

The duties of an Administrator include;

  • Helping the team with day –to – day ad hoc duties
  • Photocopying, Filing and faxing duties
  • Dealing with basic finance administration tasks
  • Covering on administration duties for other teams when required
  • Dealing with invoicing figures

As an Administrator you will have the following skills and experience;

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • MUST be immediately available
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Good knowledge or word and excel

Temporary Contract – 2 months – LS11 – £10ph
