This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known company, currently seeking a number of Administrators to provide support to their team during this busy period. You must have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities for Administrator include;

  • Responsible for effectively answering calls from customers
  • Dealing with customer queries via email
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Ability to handle queries and complaints effectively
  • Inputting and updating details onto in-house system
  • You must be able to work under pressure in this very busy and fast paced role!

Key Skills required for the Administrator role;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Competent with MS Office
  • Ability to pick things up quickly

This is a busy role, we are looking for great team players with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have some experience in Administrator role or similar however, full training will be given. The role is initially for 2 months temp but potentially could be longer.   You must be available for an immediate start.
