I am currently recruiting for one of my clients within the Insurance sector to recruit for a temporary customer service administrator to join their busy claims team. This is for an on-going basis and your main duties will be supporting the claims team through updating customer contact details and case management via email correspondence.



  • Discussing policies and upselling ad on products.
  • Updating customer contacts details
  • Liaising with staff and customers via email
  • Providing internal support to claims team
  • Case management
  • Answering any client or dealership queries
  • Keeping all claim information up to date and accurately tracked on the in-house system
  • Responding to email customer enquiries


• Working within a Customer service environment
• Confident in both written and verbal communication
• Confident MS Office

• Weekly pay
