Technical Customer Support


Our client is seeking a candidate to provide support to their clients. You must have excellent communication skills ideally within a 1st or 2nd line support or software helpdesk environment.  The role is to provide 1st and 2nd line support enquiries received from SME.


  • Provide 1st class support through to resolution and escalation of the queries.
  • Effectively answering and logging customer queries related to SME Software
  • To escalate appropriate queries to Technical Support Team
  • To Identify opportunities for product improvement and relay to management
  • You must be able to work in a fast paced customer service role dealing with a high volume of inbound calls



Good knowledge or computers is essential along with excellent communication skills.  You will need to be an excellent team player with the ability to pick things up quickly.
