Our client is a hugely successful product distributer to businesses throughout the UK. It has been established for over 15 years and since its inception has grown from strength to strength. This is a friendly yet professional team who strive to excel in the level of care and standards they deliver.

Duties

  • Answering calls and taking care of reception duties when required
  • General administration duties such as filing, emails and post
  • Handling any general website enquiries coming through to the business
  • Organising and coordinating any general / board meeting facilities
  • Maintaining and updating company procedures documents / records
  • Keeping all clients records up to date on the relevant systems
  • Organising deliveries when required and product replacements
  • Replenishing office stationery and completing marketing orders
  • Supporting the National Account department where required.
  • Assisting and supporting internal departments when needed

Requirements

  • Experience within an Administrative, Customer Care or Reception post
  • The ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • A positive can do attitude and professional manner
  • Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new systems
