We are working with a leading property business in Manchester.  With a huge property management and lettings portfolio, they are now focused on expanding their sales division.  Having recently won a couple of contracts with New Build developers, the role will be varied, busy and very rewarding.

Ideally, our clients require an experienced Estate Agent who can work well within a team and offer excellent customer service, with the ability to promote and sell a wide range of properties.

Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Sales Negotiating
  • Sales Progression
  • Arranging Viewings
  • Chasing viewing feedback
  • Updating Vendors
  • Dealing with offers

As a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager you’ll be required to work:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
  • One in Three Saturdays.

In return, our clients are offering:

The role comes with a take home pool car.

  • A basic salary of £24,000
  • On target earnings of £30,000
