My client is a leading Property business who are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the team at their Head Office in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be involved in process improvement and help shape the business.
The ideal candidate must have some previous line management experience, ideally in a Sales or Contact Centre environment.
As a Sales Team Leader your duties will include:
- Day to day management of the team including: training, development and 121’s
- Being the first point of contact for inbound leads and assessing prospective customers
- Ensure we maximise all inbound leads and conversion rates
- Report and review team performance
- Identify any areas for improvement and offer solutions
As a Sales Team Leader you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience managing a team is essential
- Previous experience working in a Sales or Contact Centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organised with excellent time management skills
- Highly proficient on IT systems
