- Assisting with sales enquiries to ensure they are all followed up effectively
- Liaising with the tech support team to ensure quotes are processed efficiently
- Supporting the e mail inbox, ensuring timely management of customer requests.
- Sustaining rapport with key customers by exploring needs and opportunities.
- Providing assistance in maintaining and improving internal systems (Salesforce).
- Assisting with monitoring and updating the Salesforce with all relevant data
- Working closely with technical colleagues to ensure knowledge of products
- Supporting Account Managers to ensure customer needs / expectations are met.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals as well as marketing literature.
- Providing assistance in account managing small customers initially, leading to overall responsibility.
- Must be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who works as a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent relationship building skills and telephone manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Mac equivalent (Keynote/Pages)
