As Sales Support Coordinator / Administrator you will be providing administrative support for the Sales Director and Business Development team and assisting in coordinating the department.

 

Duties

 

  • Completing and processing any Internal Sales Orders
  • Sending out client contracts to clients ensuring signed copy received
  • Completing client proposals from Business Development Managers Surveys
  • Sending out correspondence in line with company Terms and Conditions
  • Managing and collating tenders for business ensuring attention to detail
  • Updating contract reviews/specifications and issuing to Operations Department
  • Producing internal sales reports from internals systems / information
  • Taking minutes for the weekly sales meetings and distributing the information
  • Controlling the sales teams diary when and where required
  • Management of the internal filing system by collating client hard files

 

Experience

  • Ability to use of M/S Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Experience within an Administration, Support, PA, Coordination Role (preferably within construction, facilities or cleaning)
