The role


  • Providing effective administration and service support
  • Organise resource and manage the help desk
  • Support in the preparation and co-ordinating of monthly service reports for client’s monthly meetings for existing and new clients.
  • Chase all necessary information from sub-contractors for the preparation of the monthly Management Information Reports
  • Liaising with clients regarding any customer queries
  • Maintaining holiday, training and sickness records
  • Compiling and updating client data and information
  • Liaising with accounts regarding invoice/purchase order issues
  • Taking meeting minutes as and when required
  • Compiling site manuals and risk/method statements
  • Handling internal sales orders, terminations and credit notes
  • Maintaining the fling system ensuring it’s up to date



  • Ability to use of M/S Office, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Experience within an Administration, Customer Support Role
  • Confident with excellent organisational / time management skills
