Sales Manager

£35- £45k OTE £45k
My client are an international firm who are currently looking for a Sales Manager to head up their Leeds City Centre Business development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a thriving yet stable team environment and push growth within the business.
Duties of a Sales Manager include;
- Day to day performance management of a team of 10 sales staff
- Account managing clients to ensure growth and maximum business output
- Enhancing business growth through face to face meetings with clients
- Ensuring that weekly, monthly and annual team targets are put in place
- Forecasting growth and revenue plans
- Building strategic plans alongside internal departments
- Conducting reviews and development plans with staff
As a Sales Manager you will have the following key skills and experience;
- Previous experience of managing a team of 6 plus
- Strong background within b2b sales
- Must be able to demonstrate previous revenue growth
- Ideally have a background within Financial services, insurance or the Legal industry
- Managed a team target of £500,000 plus per annum
