My client is a leading business within the property investment industry based in the North-West. They are looking for a candidate to join their sales team as a sales consultant that is motivated, hardworking and driven by success.

If you are someone with a strong sales background that is hungry for a lively, sociable, high earning potential role, this is the one for you.

 

The main duties of the Sales consultant job will include:

• Selling new build properties off plan
• Following up on pre-existing warm leads
• Carry out viewings
• Dealing with landlords and vendors
• Negotiate offers for sales and manage the full process
• Speak to investors who have enquired about the various property investments on offer
• Contact via emails or calls as a result of the online marketing, property portal listings or campaigns etc
• Engaging with overseas and UK clients and qualifying them
• Building rapport with clients and investors

 

The key skills required for the Sales consultant job include:

• Sales or recruitment experience is desirable
• Property investment or experience within property sales is desirable but not essential
• Property knowledge is advantageous
• Money motivated
• Determined
• Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly
• Be able to work on their own initiative
• Great customer service skills
• Confident and eager to pick up the phone
• Able to commute to Manchester
