The Role

  • Assessing new accident referrals from the company’s business partners
  • Asking fact finding questions to ascertain if they are fault/non fault
  • Making all necessary checks & enquiries into liability
  • Arranging a replacement hire vehicle and/or repairs for non-fault clients
  • Ensuring all processes relating to Credit Hire/Credit Repair are effectively managed
  • Working in line with operational and department SLA’s and to agreed standards
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and business partners


  • Experience in Motor Claims/Credit Hire/Insurance desirable
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and results driven individual
