A new job has arisen to join an established company who are a leader in their industry.  This role requires knowledge of import-export regulations


Key duties and responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator (German) job:


  • Processing customers orders through to dispatch via SAP
  • Liaising with customs and transport companies
  • Creating documentation for the Export and Import of goods
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Sending out documentation
  • Complaint resolution
  • Invoice queries
  • Undertaking any associated administrative duties as required


Key skills required of the Customer Service Administrator (German) job:


  • Previous import, export or freight forwarding experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent MS Office IT abilities
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment
