They are currently seeking a customer specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, supporting partners over the phone and email.

Duties

  • Assisting in a Customer Service team
  • Dealing with queries
  • Inputting and logging information onto in-house systems
  • Giving suitable advice on services
  • Representing the brand professionally
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing all administration and email enquiries
  • Ensuring customer queries are resolved

Requirements

  • Experience within a telephony based position essential
  • You must have excellent communication skills
