My client is a leading and award-winning Financial Services firm based in Manchester. They are currently experiencing a period of exciting growth, and are looking to recruit Customer Specialists as a result. The role sits within my client’s banking division, and involves acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries relating to their bank accounts. It’s a great role, with: nice working hours, a challenging but rewarded environment and a great team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with inbound customer queries as required
  • Provide comprehensive information and guidance to potential customers
  • Adhere to FCA/TCF regulations to ensure compliance
  • Ensure accurate customer data is captured and reflected within associated correspondence.
  • Prepare and administer appropriate documentation for customers to open accounts.


  • Experience within a Financial Services/Telephony environment is advantageous
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong organisational skills
