- Conduct fact finds with customers regarding their insurance claims
- Ensure accurate information is captured and processed in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure company guidelines are followed
- Identify opportunities to cross and upsell insurance products
- Work to and maintain KPIs
