Job Description

  • Conduct fact finds with customers regarding their insurance claims
  • Ensure accurate information is captured and processed in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure company guidelines are followed
  • Identify opportunities to cross and upsell insurance products
  • Work to and maintain KPIs


The ideal candidate will be effective in building customer relationships and possess strong communication skills. Applicants are welcome from a variety of customer-facing roles, including hospitality, retail, and contact centres.
