- Resolve all inbound queries from new and existing customers
- Respond to customer emails efficiently and to timescales
- Work pro-actively and ensure all calls are compliant with company guidelines
- Work to and maintain KPIs
The ideal candidate will be effective in building and maintaining customer relationships and have proven examples this. A background in a customer service role and excellent communication skills are essential. Education to a degree level and a background in contact centres are desirable, but not essential.
