They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to act as a liaison between new clients and departments. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Customer Service and a strong telephone manner.
Job description for Customer Service Executive
- Respond to all incoming client enquiries
- Communicate with clients and direct them to relevant departments
- Obtain and process all client information on the internal system
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Communicate with clients regarding their legal queries
- Ensure the client journey is as smooth and efficient as possible
Job skills required for Customer Service Executive
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
