Our client is an exciting Financial Services provider that puts the customer and their wellbeing at the heart of all they do. The role

  • Answering existing customer’s telephone and written queries
  • Taking ownership for resolution of all queries coming through
  • Processing customer claims in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assessing and analysing customer accounts and invoices
  • Dealing with complex queries relating to customers policy
  • Giving customers relevant information regarding their policy cover
  • Delivering excellent customer service and handling complaints


  • At least one years’ experience within a customer service role
  • The ability to handle a varied workload
  • Strong and accurate administrative skills
  • Someone that can build customers rapport quickly / easily
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths / Eng
