Our client is a Global Market Leader within the merchandise industry working with high profile recognised brands. The company prides itself on the excellent service it provides and has significant growth plans moving forward. They have been established for over 25 years and have excellent staff retention.

Duties

  • Handling incoming enquiries from existing key accounts
  • Working with high profile well recognised brands within Europe
  • Preparing quotations for customer’s product order requests
  • Processing orders and handling any shipments queries
  • Handling negotiations with suppliers on behalf of the customer
  • Providing excellent customer service and efficient order service
  • Building relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent (both written and verbal) in either French or German and English
  • The ability to build rapport and provide excellent Customer Care
  • Organised and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
