A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor with a leading global brand in Manchester. The company pride themselves on delivering excellence and representing their brand professionally. They are currently seeking a customer specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, supporting with memberships / renewals and promoting events.

Duties

  • Assisting in a busy Customer Service team
  • Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Inputting and logging information onto in-house systems
  • Giving suitable advice on services and facilities
  • Representing the brand professionally
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Promoting appropriate products when required
  • Ensuring customer queries are resolved

Requirements

  • Experience within a telephony based position essential
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle queries and complaints effectively
