Our client is a growing and successful business that still retains its family run values and outstanding customer care standards. They are a medical provider that really do put the client and the forefront of everything they do. Currently they are seeking a like-minded individual that is efficient, professional and ensures every specific detail is taken care of.


  • Answering incoming calls and handling client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Taking bookings ensuring the system is fully updated and client fully informed
  • Processing and recording customer payments accurately and advising on terms
  • Fact finding to understand if the client is suitable / eligible to attend appointment
  • Managing client queries via e mail and responding appropriately with reasonable time
  • Acknowledging and understanding products & services to include prices/consultants
  • Administering all of the relevant client paperwork confidentially and compliantly
  • Covering reception duties when required and handling ‘walk in’ client enquiries
  • Utilising several systems and information databases to ensure correct bookings
  • Ensuring internal departments are informed of any changes or unique requirements
  • Informing clients of any preparation/paperwork required for the appointment



  • Experience within customer service, administration or reception
  • Ability to absorb and process information quickly and efficiently
  • Higher education advantageous however not essential
  • Working knowledge of all MS Office programmes and Excel
