Our client is a leading organisation within the field of home improvements, interior design.  They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator, the role will involve the following:

  • Providing quotes to customers and dealing with various price queries
  • Handling incoming calls from customers and providing advice on products/services
  • Dealing with any technical queries re product size etc until the queries are too advanced
  • Passing complex queries only when necessary to the appropriate sources with smooth handover
  • Dealing with sample requests, sending out proposals and proposing samples given the brief
  • Liaising with decorators, contractors, as well as consumers and home owners.
  • Processing customer’s orders and following them through to completion
  • Advising the client on the service and progress including timescales and delivery dates etc.
  • Providing quotes to customers and dealing with various price queries
  • Liaising with the field sales team re orders and product information
  • Administrative support for the sales team and general office duties as appropriate

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner due to the nature of the work. An interest in design and a creative flair would also be ideal.
