My client are a well-established, family run business who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team. We are looking for a customer focused individual to assist the team using inhouse systems to log and update calls.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
- Handle all incoming calls from customers
- Resolve any initial queries where possible
- Ensure all information is logged on the system
- Respond to customer enquiries via email
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
As a Customer Service Advisor your will have the following skills:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
