Our client has been established for over 30 years and boasts Investors in people accreditation. They are a successful family run business covering the whole of the UK. The team are personable, professional and believe in delivering the best customer care and standards.


  • Handling incoming calls and fact finding to understand the nature of the call
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails to the business
  • Resolving any initial queries where possible ensuring this is logged on the system
  • Referring to relevant departments such as Sales, Servicing or Finance when required
  • Understanding the customers’ needs and delivering a professional service
  • Providing support to internal depts ensuring any messages taken are passed on
  • Updating all relevant information on the system accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering a high level of customer service whilst being a brand ambassador
  • Responding to e mails within the agreed company service level standards
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service
  • Completing any follow up actions from calls/emails and relevant paperwork
  • Performing relevant administrative duties that are encompassed in the post


  • Previous experience within a telephone-based Customer Service role
  • Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional and the ability to handle a variety of calls and queries
