Duties of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Speaking to existing customers with a view to determine their needs and requirements
- Managing and reviewing individual customer cases
- Complete an accurate financial statement through the use of effective questioning techniques
- Advise on most suitable solution based on a customer’s individual circumstances.
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
- Experience within the financial services is desirable
