My client are one of the most well established insurance companies in the UK. They are specialists in a number of different areas of insurance, and they are looking to expand their Customer Service teams.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and handling claims in a professional manner
  • Being able to follow a structured training programme and then implement your newly learned skills effectively
  • Working well as part of a team
  • Enure you show a positive attitude towards all work tasks
  • Making sure that you follow basic principles to ensure customers are treated fairly
  • Provide a professional service that is in line with their values


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics
  • A professional attitude
  • The willingness to learn new skills and develop
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
