- Processing order via SAP
- Liaising with existing customers in the German market
- Arranging deliveries
- Sending out documentation
- Complaint resolution
- Undertaking any associated administrative duties as required
Key skills required of the Customer Service Administrator (German) job:
- Previous administration and customer service skills gained within an office environment
- Fluent in written and verbal German is essential
- Competent MS Office IT abilities
- Able to work within a fast paced environment
